What is the Ambassadors Network?
Faced with the climate emergency and the biodiversity crisis, A Rocha wants to take up the challenge of training, equipping and mobilising Christians on issues of faith and ecology. To take its message further, give greater weight to its actions and enable its members to become more involved, A Rocha France has created its Ambassadors Network.
We already have 130 Ambassadors throughout France. See the map below
What are its objectives?
- To train Christians who are informed and motivated by the ecological issue in a faith context
To send ambassadors to talk about the environmental crisis (particularly among Christians in churches and youth groups)
To support local initiatives
What does the Network offer?
- Training webinars on environmental issues from a Christian perspective. Open to all, they are announced as they happen in our “A vos Agendas! They can also be watched afterwards on our Youtube channel!
- An annual training week at the Domaine des Courmettes, open to all (Ambassadors or not): the “Earth & Faith” week.
- A presentation on the theme of “ecology and faith”: Are you a church leader or group leader (such as a GBU, youth group, association, etc.) and you would like an ambassador to contribute to your event? For more information, click the button below:
